Wins. Everything. It's not a matter of competition, it's fact.

Lost an entire wing in battle and survived, which immediately elevated her to unofficial toughest 'claw in the clan while also banning her to the sick list where she'd have to wait months to be allowed to fight the Clan Boss and take the title officially.

The Boss cannily suggested she strike out on her own for a while first (no sick list rules against that after all), see what if any non-wildclaw challenges are out there to fight, before going through the formality of a foregone conclusion. Since that would at least be some action she decided to take the advice. As a farewell gift she received the traditional large gaudy jewel prominently displayed to encourage thieves.
She found the Wanderin lair, in such an appalling state she couldn't in good conscience leave it be. There were no wildclaws—except one lunatic who made no effort whatsoever to lead when he should have been Boss by default and thus is suspect of brain injury (or possibly brain-eaten). There was no structure, no history, hatchlings grew wild, they didn't do art right. She had to sacrifice her own plans for the lair's sake and take it in hand.

Adjustments had to be made. Nearly came to a death duel with that jumped-up feather-headed coatl over her territory, until desperate mediation by less bloody-minded residents found a compromise: Rufus rules the flimsy web of sticks and silk they call airborne construction that comprises the top half of the lair, Raffles runs the stifling network of worm trails grubbed through rock that makes up the bottom half, and both have the only reasonable kind of residence as their sole dominion.

Raising hatchlings is now her purview. While it's one thing for hatchies to just sort of happen, what happens after demands a less laidback approach. Hatchlings should be raised with purpose and drive, given practice and instruction and readied to serve themselves or whichever deity they choose promptly upon assuming the mantle of adulthood, and raised all Wanderin hatchlings now are.

Parents inclined to parent their own hatchies tend to find another lair to do it in.

The art issue is still to be resolved—they don't even know what art is they call everything art, never mind not even understanding the basic social distinction between artist and warrior. Some of the warriors mess with so-called arty things when they're not fighting, some of the artists go looking for battle in between arting and no one cares. None of them notice anything wrong with it, not even the other 'claw (who apparently didn't grow up in a proper clan, his mother wasn't even a 'claw).

She should of course educate them but... it does work. Chaotically, nonsensically but anyway she's busy with more important things and there's plenty of time to get around to it, they'd fuss if she upturned everything at once into proper order. Besides some of their innovations are actually rather clever.

Would never dream of wearing anything that might deflect damage in battle, even though it's a shame since so many pretty, pretty things qualify. But then there's Legion, who's mastered a unique alternative: body paint, applied with such expertise she can seem to wear anything she wants without the appearance of being unready to battle. (Also, for being an artist and not a 'claw he's not a bad fighter.)

Aware of the personalized nicknames irreverent lair residents give her and finds it hilarious, as long as they remember the respect of using only Boss to her face.

Raffles completely misunderstood Remy's gives-people-pillows thing as a form of commerce. And demanded to see his best one and judged it good enough that she would become his Patron.

...Remy doesn't know how to say no. Or get his pillow back, but he did manage to whisper a couple anxious questions about how she'll treat it and obviously, since it's Quality, she'll put it on display for others to admire and envy. So... that. that's okay. ...That's good.

The hatchlings presented Raffles a feather charm demonstrating their utter confidence that she could take on and beat even the dread Luminax.

Raffles wouldn't fight Luminax, because the anecdotal but frequently circulated reports about an unknown form of radiation means she'd have to do it in a hazard suit and a 'claw can't have a real fight in armor.

And she wouldn't fight Luminax with any weapons that aren't her jaws and muscles and strong rending claws, because that wouldn't be a real fight either.

But the hatchlings are absolutely correct that if Raffles did fight Luminax she would absolutely win. They're so adorable.
