If you ask Drozia about her past, she will always respond with a "It's complicated" and change the subject as efficiently as she prepares her infusions.
Everyone felt curious when she and Defiance arrived in the clan, since it was not usual to find two hatchlings on their own in the ravaged region of Carrion Canyon. The two dragons were more attached to each other than the roots of a tree, even when the Ridgeback had taken a more obscure path, while the imperial had become a dedicated scholar.
Currently Drozia works as an assistant to Shalana and engages in her own experiments, many of them with "exotic" materials that only Defiance knows how to provide.
