______ The clan to which he currently belongs was indeed the one he was born in, but it is not the one he has always been part of. It wasn’t until his parents left to serve Tidelord directly that he chose to see more of the world. He wished to be constructive in what he set out to do. To that end, he moved to become part of an allied clan’s ranks; he did so both to support them and to indirectly strengthen the connection between the two clans.

______ The clan with whom King was alligned at the time migrated no less than three times while he was part of it. They began in the Tangled Woods, migrating to a different part of The Sea of a Thousand Currents that his birth clan resided in, and then finally came to stay in The Scarred Wasteland. It wasn’t long after this that King returned. Having been gifted great wisdom from his travels and experiences, he is treated with utmost respect, akin to that of royalty, from his birth clan who welcomed him back with open arms. He even brought back a prized companion he’d acquired on his journey - an Empress Beetle, that he has affectionately named ‘Dearest’.
