B I O G R A P H Y

A ruggedly handsome dragon, Staraptor is an extremely well built .With lean muscle, sleek scales, and a perfectly air-streamed form, there are not many psychical activities he doesn't excel at. He is a treacherous opponent, dexterous and agile enough for any sport or game. His powerful wings and perfect composure make him one of the fastest members of the clan when flying, and easily the fastest on land thanks to the mirror's aptitude for running.

His scales boast stark black and white markings in contrast with gorgeous iridescent wings the color of rubies and shimmering gold. His dusty blue spines only add to his formidable physique, though he can pin them down against his spine to lessen air resistance if need be. Staraptor is a popular crush among clanmates. That is until they notice his unsightly tendency to drool...

Though quite a looker, Staraptor is pretty remarkably unintelligent and extremely goofy. He seems to only care about his more primal urges, taking little interest in arts and literature, or more refined activities. He eats like a monster, loving to shred a nice carcass down to bone, he can often be spotted plastered with the blood and guts of his latest meal.

He gets along famously with hatchlings and more energetic dragons. He loves playing games and is fascinated by simple things such as a shiny crawling insect or a toy with moving parts.

Staraptor could easily be a loner, a scavenger, he is completely self-sufficient yet takes supplying the clan deeply to heart. When interacting with others he has an odd personality. His tongue sometiems lolls out of his mouth like a dog when he speaks, drool dripping from the corners of his mouth. He has a raspy deep voice like that of a hyena, and speaks very plainly, his vocabulary is... limited.

____Despite all of this Staraptor loves his clan and considers almost every member his friend. He takes great care to remember everyone's favorite items and trinkets. Returns from his scavenging runs include lengthy gift giving sessions. His lair is more of a huge pile of items of in a corner of the clan. He is an obsessive hoarder, keeping everything from bones from meals he enjoyed, to every little thing ever given to him as a gift by some of the more appreciative clan members.


____Overall Staraptor is a deeply loved clan member. Though he can be strange and off putting, his attitude is so positive it is hard to offend him even when directly insulted. He is physically affectionate, and though rather disgusting he is known to nuzzle and lick his closer friends cheek like some sort of hound dog. He is caring and helpful and though much of his time is spent on voyages out with his familiar, he is never less ecstatic to return to his lovely home.[/size]
