Biography
4th Gen Naomi Descendent:
Naomi -> Willow -> Glitch -> EXE
Essentially the dragons trapped within really do start to stop existing. If they stay within the void bubble displacement that EXE ‘creates’, this doesn’t happen, which is why he warns about staying put, especially on larger breeds that may get ‘sucked in’ with him.
Once removed from that safety bubble, the void begins to consume the dragon. Usually color goes first, followed by gene patterns. Basically surface changes. However, as time goes on, more gruesome changes occur. Victims may hallucinate shadowy figures (not necessarily draconic in shape) reaching for them to drag them deeper into the infinite void in front of them. Memories are fragmented and mixed. Madness soon follows.
However, as this goes on, the dragon’s body begins to distort and twist into abnormal shapes and designs. The void may carve out random patterns into the dragon. Both of these physical affects are the “code” of the site trying to keep the dragon together and existing at any cost, and as expected, it’s incredibly painful.
As for rescuing dragons, EXE has to first look into the dragon’s eyes to see if they’re still alive. The color and energy in one’s eyes is the last to go, meaning death or that the dragon will die within a few moments. Afterwards, he examines the condition of the body. In early stages, the dragon can be brought back with little effect. Genes can be reapplied and new colors splashed on in scatterscrolls. Those in later stages aren’t so lucky. Their code is too warped for these methods to work, and the dragon is left to suffer in their current state.
