SOVEREIGN OF CLAN FURVUS

The foundry of Furvus was a long, long time ago. It was different then- called by a different name, lead by different leaders. It was small, and disorganized, and its denizens fought for space and resources. Rumour has it that the progenitors succumbed to the shade. They're gone, now, and so is the guardian who tried and failed to take their place when they departed. There was a lot of work to be done, and it just wasn't an undertaking that he was ready to be responsible for.

Sehanine was ready. Sehanine saw the suffering of her friends and family and knew that she would do everything in her power to fix what was broken. Her two closest friends, Azrael and Valeria, flanked her sides as her newest vassals, and together, they forged a new kingdom: Furvus. She and her retainers fought tooth and nail to keep their subjects fed, sheltered, and safe. In their journeys they met Caim, who helped train them to fight and hardened them as warriors. They also met Mojave, who would soon sire Prince Vio.

Time went on, and Furvus continued to grow. Slowly, it also began to flourish. Fighters and tacticians established a hunting hall, mages flocked en masse to build an order and construct their tower, and what was once a ragtag little settlement began to give way to a truly impressive kingdom. Sehanine's work-- and the work of her friends-- had paid off.

Nowadays, Sehanine is well loved and respected in every corner of Furvus. She loves each and every one of her subjects like family, and they know it. Many of the denizens of Furvus see her as a mother before they see her as a ruler-- and she wouldn't have it any other way. Even if she weren't in charge, she would be well loved. And why wouldn't she be, with such a noble and kind heart? Her love and empathy seem to permeate the kingdom in its entirety. Furvus is without crime and suffers very little in the way of quarrel or conflict. There's no sense in fighting when it's easier to figure out how to make something right. No one goes hungry or cold.

Now that she's done all the hard work, she leaves the majority of governmental affairs to her son, Vio. She's always there to help him and overlook him, but she'd like him to be prepared for when he one day has to ascend the throne. The last thing she wants is for Furvus to fall back into the sort of turmoil it was in before her rule. She's not too worried about the prospect, though-- Vio is diligent in his work and takes his responsibilities very seriously. She thinks he does a good job now, and that he'll make a fine ruler one day even without her guidance.

Though Sehanine is extremely pacifistic, her experience in battle is nothing to be trifled with. If she had to, she'd lay her life on the line without question to protect her people.
