Nebula

Nebula is a quiet Tundra who had wandered into town a few years back. All he had was his favorite quill, 10 of his favorite books, and about 3 empty journals he planned on using to log his experiences. He started his stay roughly, quickly becoming homesick and questioning his decision. However, the dragons of the town eventually began to notice him and come to him for one thing. His books! He probably had the largest supply of books in the whole settlement at that time, and dragons were looking for things to do.
Reluctantly, he began to loan out his books. He fully expected them to return back broken, dirty, missing pages, or even just not at all... but he was pleasantly surprised! Mostly, the denizens of the still unfamiliar place were very respectful, even offering to compensate him for letting them use his small yet valuable stash of books.
At first, he denied any payment for them. He loved just sharing for sharing's sake. When the demand kept growing however, he began to reconsider his stance, eventually just settling on allowing donations, but his loan services stayed free of charge. With his new source of income, his hut quickly started evolving into a hub of knowledge this place was severely lacking. He bought more books from all over Sonorith, and scrolls and quills for writing that any dragon of any breed, size, age, or demenor can use as they please.
