- capable of seeing into the future
- opal is a physical manifestation from using her powers
^ calcified tissue from inside out; reference
- was found by verdant and adopted into wildergreen
- was asked to look into the future to assuage verdant's fears, but was unable to see far enough into the future (~3-5 years, when asked to look hundreds of years ahead)
- after many failed attempts, her hands eventually opalized completely
- verdant never asked for her powers again, vowed her to not use them to protect herself
^ asked eodai to take her in, bc of her magical abilities
- continues to use them/practice in secret despite becoming more opalized, feels like she let down her parent
- verdant's fears also rubbed off on her, feels immense guilt for not being able to protect her clan
