Iesaia
Shade touched Spy

It didn't take Iesaia long to discover that the Shade began calling to her. It was like a magnet, one that quietly sang her greatest desires into her thoughts. Iesaia knew that she should've sought help as soon as the shadowy being entered her mind. However, something kept her from doing it. To her, it felt nice to finally be acknowledged for once.

Iesaia possesses the ability to cause her opponents mind and subconscious to go haywire, instigating mortifying illusions. It's a very unstable power, that she can't even fully control to this day. When she was younger, Iesaia was often shunned by the other hatchlings and ever her own parents for this ability. They refused to even tolerate her, up to a point where she was treated as a shadow. A tiny, lonely, terrifying shadow.

Time went on, and the Shade continued to slowly corrupt Iesaia. It's not like she was unwilling either; she enjoyed the company that the shadowy monster provided. It was the equivalent to a friend in Iesaia's eyes, giving her someone to talk and interact with. Other dragons took notice to her rather erratic activity, most of them dismissing it as the pearlcatcher muttering nonsensical gibberish. There was a select group however, that realized the darker side of it.

One day, Iesaia took it upon herself to join the shade-oriented faction of the clan. They appeared to be the only group that tolerated her, not caring about her powers. Gradually, Iesaia's social life and happiness improved. She even began interacting with other dragons outside of the faction as well.

Iesaia is now the energetic, cheerful outlier of the "Chaos faction", as well as a spy. The pearcatcher balances on a fine line between good an evil, more often then not, swinging to the evil side. However, actions like funneling information to her fellow members to utilize gave her happiness. They've given her more attention in a small time frame than she's received in her whole life.

She prefers for it to remain that way, and nobody is changing her mind any time soon.
