Guard

Denwyn was born to a traveling nomad named Inadage who had come across a beautiful Imperial female named Airi. The two filled their time together with passion, romance, and a dash of adventure. Meeting first in the Ashfall Wastes at Strikeforge's main plaza, they went on to explore the nearby Windswept Plateau. Their decision to nest was a spontaneous one, and two eggs were the result. Shortly after their hatching Airi was killed, and Inadage, unable to bring himself to raise the young ones on his own, left them in the care of Strikeforge.

Denwyn threw himself into training fueled by abandonment issues and a pinch of self loathing. He takes his new found mantle of guard very seriously and one day hopes to take part in Sygard's trials.

He speaks little and does not socialize well. When he does he is extremely awkward. His mind is always churning and thinking up responses, but by the time he's confident in his response the moment has passed. So, he stays silent and listens.

His older brother, Aziude, was on the other side of the spectrum. Jovial as opposed to Denwyn's solitary silence. The two got along just fine through their youth, though. Denwyn was always there to listen to Aziude and Aziude could always tell when Denwyn needed his space. They supported each other well throughout their youth.

Shockingly, they had a falling out when Aziude decided he hated Denwyn's occasional negativity and didn't want to hear his brother's problems after being Denwyn's confidante for so long. They exchanged heated words and Aziude stormed off refusing to speak to his brother again.

When Aziude died in a bandit skirmish Denwyn was devastated and retreated inward. They'd not had the chance to reconcile. He has yet to allow himself to get attached to another living being again.
