ROSEMARY

With her cosmopolitan affections, it's almost possible to believe Rosemary hails from some trendy, urban area in the Mirrorlight Promenade or Starfell Isles. The seamstress's shop always displays what she claims are the latest styles straight from the fashion capitals of Sornieth.

The truth is that although Rosemary has traveled a litte and corresponded quite a bit, she's never left the Shifting Expanse. The clan members who grew up with her know this but forgive her; the beautiful clothes she makes are more than enough excuse for a little vanity.

Besides the high fashion projects that crowd the lobby of her shop, she makes plenty of practical wear as well. Nearly every piece of clothing is made of thick fabric to stop sand or cactus spines, loose enough not to stick to the skin, or has some other handy desert adaptation. The first rule of tailoring is to make clothing people want to put on, and Rosemary is self aware enough to know there's not much of a market for fancy silks and lace in Square Toe.

Rosemary has an unusually large wing-to-body ratio for a bogsneak, a source of no little pride. Despite being roughly as aerodynamic as an old shoe, she can generate enough lift to get herself off the ground for a minute or two, or even glide from a high enough starting point.

Stella loves to dress up, both for herself and because of Harlan's disapproval. She and Rosemary work hard together to figure out how she can make herself pretty on the job without the risk of tripping over a scarf or somewhat during a chase.

STELLA

Though it's unsure exactly how they're related, Rosemary and Euphus are family, referred to as cousins for the sake of simplicity. She's proud of him, though she'll never say so, and hope his abilities take him on to bigger and better things than a little town in the Highland Scrub.

EUPHUS

When Mike was just a recent arrival, Rosemary did everything she could to pump him for information about what was current in Starfall, figuring she could get truer opinions from a local than a magazine that had been in print for months before it made it's way all the way to Square Toe. Unfortunately, he was the wrong dragon to ask; Mike wouldn't know the difference between a poncho and a shawl if he were wearing them both.
