He's passionate about self expression, and he feels it's his purpose to help the other dragons and beasts of his clan feel comfortable embracing and living as their true selves.

Beneath Rashid's calm exterior lies a flamboyant, excitable, and fun loving personality that only those who are truly close to him get to see. It's not that he tries to hide this other side of himself, but rather he simply needs to be around his closest friends for this inner personality to shine out.

Rashid joined the clan in it's early days. He met Kari at the trading post one day when he was browsing the Swap Clan's wares. Kari expressed interest in Rashid's style, and the two started talking and discovered they had similar interests and beliefs. From there she invited him to her clan where he has since stayed, mentoring the other members of the clan in acceptance, and teaching them to love themselves.
