Irya is a mother, known for the silkiest feathers and a quick tail that slaps away greedy talons. Her eyes pierce through cloths, and her familiar helps her keep rowdy ones under check. She reigns as the Old Queen, from a time before the clan became the way it is, with darker and more fierce magic. She loves her children, and will always cherish them all, but she is unsure of what to think with how things have changed. Having married mates, and yet still breeding with anyone the clan requires? It's odd, but at least Irya doesn't have to worry about anyone being kicked out, for the clan has always been accepting of all. She won't pretend that she doesn't love carrying for the new hatchlings either.
