Being void of scales doesn't stop this dragon from fighting and defending herself or others. She's been lucky to avoid major damage to most of her body but to her face.. its a different matter. To avoid further ruin she's donned armor and seeks "gentler" livings. To that she answered a wanted ad to protect a small humanoid Skydancer and assist him. She doesn't mind in the slightest and is amused with how he acts around her. Susanna is a quiet and ever watching person, hard to track where she looks, leaving those new comers thinking otherwise when they think to mess with Paltu. Not much is known about her but it's likely that her and Paltu spend more time together than contracted to be. MidnightDemons' headcanon wrote:
• Susanna was bullied in her youth for that characteristic lack of scales— but no words could hurt quite as bad as the constant cracking and chafing she got from mucking around in the undergrowth like a Bogsneak was “supposed” to do. Susanna learned very quickly in life that she’d never be able to live as a normal Bogsneak— but the thought honestly didn’t bother her.
• She came into her own as an adult, no longer embarrassed by her condition. Any insults or jabs directed her way are returned tenfold, and oh, god help you if you try to take a swipe at her. Susanna may look squishy, but she’s about 900 dragon pounds of whoop a** That armor isn’t just for show! • She still has some issues with her skin in the naturey-jungle climate, but her clan is happy to accommodate her with as many cooling salves and insect repellents as needed. She’s still gradually adjusting to the change from sunny Light fields to dense Nature jungles, but sharing the experience with Paltu makes it all a little more bearable. • Shes a chronic tea-drinker, with her favorite blends being bitter herbs and dark, earthy roasts. Probably likes to eat little shortbread cookies with her morning cup of tea as well. • Relates perhaps a little too much to frogs. May or may not spend at least 10 minutes every time she spots one trying to catch it. |
