The children, I believe, are taught some sort of nursery rhyme about him and his kind.

It's no surprise, considering that he has become something of a clan myth. He comes and goes as he pleases, completely untied and untethered to any responsibility or obligation to the clan, appearing only when he wants to.

Hardly anyone talks to him if they can help it; that Cheshire-grin of his is unsettling—too many teeth in a mouth too large for his face—and he has a way of knowing things he should not.

It would be wise if you were not to trust him. Walls have ears, and he does not blink.
