It is said that when Narvi hatched, her heart broke, and the ice in her mother's blood rushed in to fill the gap. From the time her eyes opened, the ice has caked on her skin and her feathers. No remedy could be prescribed to tame the cold, and in an effort to save their daughter, Narvi's parents commissioned an eternal flame from their smithy, and installed it right next to Narvi's heart. The ice melts away before it can consume her, but she still freezes. She still shakes and can barely feel her fingertips, but she's alive. She takes that anger and channels it into her training. She became one of the most ruthless Shadehunters her parents had ever seen. She took no prisoners, and never gave anything the benefit of the doubt. She never second guessed herself and never trusted anyone. It was with a runed ax that she cut down her foes. Her parents were proud to send her off into the world, but scared for the safety of others. |

Narvi's personality is strangely similar to the way she looks. Her feathers are encrusted in ice, weighing down the longer ones. She finds it very hard to fly due to all the extra weight, and tends to walk everywhere. Just like the ice on her hide, Narvi is cold. She is reclusive an downright mean if the mood strikes, and doesn't express a lot of empathy towards others. Deep down, she is angry with the curse that foils her. She channels that anger into her prowess in battle. She is fierce and brave, and never backs down from a fight. This mind set, unfortunately, also finds its way off the battlefront. She has been known to start fights, and she always finishes them. By her lonesome, Narvi does act quiet quiet and sad. There's nothing she can do but shiver and shake, and is actually quiet miserable because of it. |
