Diana's parents once thought her most like them. In people, she saw only prey. Every meal was a delight. However, she had a hunger like no other, unmatched by even her parents' ample eating habits. Their pride began to wane. They warned her to take care. It fell on deaf ears. In her wake she left a trail of victims, too long to be inconspicuous, and still yet she wasn't satisfied. Again, they warned of what her gluttony would bear, and again, she would not listen. Fear began to fester within Diana's parents. They had raised a monster, and so they chased her away.
