As one of owners of the Frozen Festival, Jelli is quite busy. She mainly deals with the finances and logistics, ensuring all the workers have adequate space for their shops and performances. The festival was originally Buddua's dream and Jelli has worked incredibly hard to make it a relality for him.
Jelli always stays busy to distract herself from grief. She hasn't been the same since her daughter's death and still seeks justice. When she isn't dealing with the daily workload of running The Frozen Festival she can be found in the Legends Library researching all kinds of spells, hoping to find one that will finally bring justice to the guilty party. Maybe then she will finally get closure.

Buddua is Jelli's mate and her parnter in running the Frozen Festival. He is also her greatest supporter in searching for Thora's killer.

Thora is Jelli and Buddua's deceased daughter. She was mysteriously found frozen in the lake, bound in chains, with the only witness being Hyde, who claims to have no memory of the incident.
