The festival was Buddua's dream, a place where dragons and other creatures from all over could come together to create entertainment and joy. He is incredibly passionate about his work and some of the workers swear he is psychic, since he seems to know everything going on around the festival. In reality, Buddua spends most of his time memorizing his workers names, preferences, and daily schedules to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Buddua also worries for his mate, Jelli. He stays by her side helping her both run the festival and scavenge the library for anything that may bring closure following the death of their daughter.

Jelli is Buddua's mate and his partner in running the Frozen Festival. He is forever greatful to have such a supportive partner in all his endeavours.

Thora is Jelli and Buddua's deceased daughter. She was mysteriously found frozen in the lake, bound in chains, with the only witness being Hyde, who claims to have no memory of the incident.
