Thorburn arrived at the lair around the same time as Biohazard did, and considers the latter as a sister, jokingly calling her 'sister from another mister'. Where Biohazard acts as a bodyguard to Galdera, Thorburn is the captain of the Vault Guard. It is her task to organize its defenses, and report to Majesty, its head treasurer.

She takes her job seriously, but acts quite jovially to her subordinates: while they respect her authority, they would say that she never forgot her days as a recruit. In her downtime, she enjoys playing cards with her men, a drink every now and then, and playful tests of strength like arm-wrestling.
