From birth, Omkir was told that he was special - that he was the chosen one. He alone would bring the world out of darkness and decay. He alone would create order out of chaos. He was imbued with the power of all dragons long past.

This, of course, had a way of going to his head, and instilling in him a thirst for power.

Omkir is fiercely self-righteous and a stickler for rules and laws. He believes himself to be a perfect specimen and is always pushing for self-improvement, particularly through education. His belief that he is The Chosen One has lead to a life of heroics - righting wrongs, saving towns, putting a stop to villainy. And he has earned his title of hero, but he as the ego to go with it.
