Throdio

Despite being hatched only a minute or two after Ayakai, Throdio couldn’t be more different. He’s shy and insecure, with fleeting passions and a tendency for hoarding random bits and bobs. If you went into his house, you’d probably find notes about completely different topics hastily piled onto shelves and little metal gears scattered around a workstation.

Throdio is also different in the fact that he was the last of his clutch to find a mate, and, in fact, his brother Smoky was technically a grandfather before he did. Throdio often helped out around the library, and was a common visitor to check out and return books whenever he found a new interest. He was friends with Reiri, the librarian, because of that, although he didn’t feel any kind of romantic feelings towards her until fairly recently.

So far they have had one clutch, although two of the hatchlings left to serve a different deity. They are thinking about having a second, but haven’t decided yet. In the meantime, the family of three is happy to maintain the library and collect even more books to add to its shelves.
