The Clan of the Suntouched Waves lives in a small village on the cliffs of the Sunbeam Ruins. If you walk through, you'll find the hustle and bustle of daily activity among wooden houses, and looking to the sea below reveals dragons taking off from the network of caves beneath. The main attraction of this village is its library, which is kept well in stock by the founders and their children.

In the library, you can find many books that are copied down from old texts, as well as plenty of new and unique books written by the residents. The dragons are happy to share, although with the Emperor roaming about there's an undercurrent of tension.

One may notice the prevalence of faes, who take up over half the population. This large demographic has caused the creation of a dialect that uses body language to substitute for crests, and so the village is surprisingly quiet for such a large population.
