A sharp gaze and a harsh puff of air that may be a laugh or rather a sigh often herald the passing of Berenike. Mottled with dark bruises earned through rigorous training, occasionally being clipped as she passes through dingy streets to gather vital information for her clan, she wears the marks as if badges bestowed by the Deities themselves.

Stern and beautiful in the way of a girl who has not yet acknowledged the concept that she may be, her appearance is often forsaken in exchange for a way to please her companions through dedicated work. So desperately does she want her clan to value her actions, that she disregards any who already claim to do so as a fluke. She must work harder, surely.

Working in exchange for food (though they will feed her regardless) she walks as if like a dignified priestess and composes her speech as one too, words being wielded as if fine weapons, her family are rather unsure of where her diplomatic nature arose from.

Remarkably self-conscious, Berenike is ignorant to those who seek her out, far too focused on trying to earn the approval of her clan.
