Biography

3oOuLqx.png Gascoigne || Exalted Warrior || || Devoted || Pleasant || Noble ||
"what did you do to deserve this? In all probability, something terrible."

Bestowed upon the Lightweaver in his youth, the life of the exalted was humble and dedicated. Trained by fierce warriors of ages passed, skill and prowess in battle became associated readily with Gascoigne. Seemingly an ageless being, he was content to live amongst the exalted, toning his body and mind in the transcendent plains.

Fortune is fickle however, and the Lightweaver deemed fit to transpose Gascoigne back into the mortal realm, to guide forth and protect Cicerax, the fellbeast charged with protecting the Cursewood Tree.

Initially reluctant to be bound once again to mortal plains, he was wrathful and quick to anger, viewing living dragons as subordinate to those exalted. Tempering his mind and adapting his opinion was a strenuous process.
His regard of the living was soothed as he began to interact with them, experiencing the quaint novelties of life. The living now truly fascinate him, and he is honoured to protect them. He engages readily in their fatalistic humour and admires their steadfast wills. Despite not being fully pleased with being bound to a singular plain, he is content in his current place. Though he has no corporeal requirements, he enjoys engaging in living activities, such as hunting and gathering, enjoying the companionship earned from it.

Quick to offer his assistance and difficult to befriend, Gascoigne is prone to pledging himself to causes both minor and heroic, and is adorned with generous amounts of titles and noble words. Progressively learning how to respect once again, he is eager to explore more of the world he inhabits. Any living beings he befriends hold high regards and a comfortable position in his heart, though regretfully he dearly misses several of his exalted companions.

Once his noble quest reaches completion and his duty fulfilled, he desires to return once more to his tranquil afterlife, despite having to forgo the friends he has pledged his loyalties to.
