If you need to get a message out of the clan or a trade deal with another artisan, Ennoina is the one you go to. He seems to know how to figure what others need and to fill that need. Every piece of parchment leaving the clan when it comes to foreign relations goes through him. He was once an Ambassador to the beastclans as well as other dragon clans but as the clan grew had less capability to stay in control. He felt like he missed the signs a Centaur herd was growing hostile which led to a small skirmish and grew anxious. Every move he made was nerve-racking for him until the Council appointed Vikukr to be in charge of Beastclan relations. Ennoina felt like he had failed his job but he still soldiers on trying to keep the thin veil of safety and peace together.

The slight dragon nervously twists his claws in front of himself. "You have to understand that this message can end everything between the clans and once that trust is broken you can never go back." Despite his nervous twitches, he looks straight at the other ambassador. "We have found the trade agreement that we had is no longer satisfactory and the extreme distrust your whole clan has shown us is disheartening. We have found it necessary to either change the plans or cut you off." The dragons held their gaze steady for a long while before Emmoina waved Amenth, his guard for this mission, to his side. He handed her the declaration which she tucked at her side. The nervousness no longer showed as he easily rose to his feet. "Tell your leader that negotiations will not continue if she keeps sending those who would insult the council with such terrible deals. If it is not revised with a far deal by the next festival you will never see another fish from our waters again." Ennoina turned and Amenth followed close behind letting the door slam behind him.

"Milbanth, here is the next shipment we need ready for the next market. Don't forget to pick up the dried meats we ordered." Milbanth looked over the order then peered over his glasses at the Skydancer. "You amaze me. How did you manage this." "I have my way friend." He waved goodbye to the Imperial before Illith made her way into the room. "Ennoina! My child, you have been working very hard recently. How are you." Her voice rumbled. Ennoina greeted her. "Work has been much easier when you hired Vikukr." He nodded toward the empty desk that the Beastclan Ambassador normally occupied. "I'm glad you agree. We need to change things up a bit after your accident." Ennoina looked down, not wanting to look his old leader in the face. "It's not your fault. We should have seen that the centaur situation would turn volatile." He cleared his throat before he spoke. "I understand but it was my job and I will always feel like I failed." Before his claws started to shake again he handed her a new letter. "I hope this is that new treaty I asked for." She read quickly. "By the Tidelord she shall drown for this!" The windows shook with her shout. A council meeting was called that night. War was what was on everyone's mind.
