The Black Lake Bar was filled as always on a weekend. Emmurei and his sister Ethas had just finished performing their new song. It went over with the crowd better than could have been hoped for and they were soaking in the praise from their clanmates. Ethas nudged her brother and pointed to a figure sitting uncomfortably close to the wall and recognized him instantly. Quickly gliding through the crowd he made his way to his brother's table, "Ennonia. I'm surprised to see you here."
"Yes well, mother convinced me I should be a supportive brother."
"Are you sure we came from the same nest? That's 100% not what happened"
Ennonia let a small smile slip out from his normally grim demeanor, "You're right. A recent event made me realize I might have never heard my siblings perform and that would be a tragedy. I want to get better at that.
Emmurei smiled, "I could never let that happen. I would join you in the Tidelord's keep just to sing for you one more time."
They both laughed and Ethas brought the three drinks. "To us! All performers in the best ways!"
