Observations & Notes: Subject #0189 displays various precognitive abilities, though none as strong as her mother, Subject #1500 [Delphi]. Instead, she sees possibilities - specifically, positive ones. While she has been correct in her predictions on multiple occasions, she seems to have no ability to filter one possibility from another. Perhaps in an attempt to please, or a generally optimistic disposition, we have found she only voices positive outcomes. She is, in essence, the exact opposite of a doomsayer, but we stress that Subject #0189 sees only possibilities and not absolutes. Her visions are not to be taken as much more than a way to view the best possible outcome of a situation. Further supervision is not required, though recommended when and if she invokes her runes, if only to see if her abilities expand or become more accurate.
