Observation & Notes: Despite not having invoked his runes yet, Subject 3838 shows glimpses of his power. There are times when in distress, this subject will suddenly vanish, unable to be found until calmed down. It also could be noted that this subject may have some sort of telekinetic power, as when in emotional stress, items around him will move slightly, usually in accordance to when Subject 3838 disappears. These seem to be minor additions to his ability, as his main ability seems to have something to do with the dead. Subject 3838 has been observed to be often talking to what seems to be himself, but when asked, he says he is talking to some sort of dragon. We think that he may have the ability to talk with the dead, though it still remains as speculation. Further study is recommended, especially if this subject invokes his runes. Wishlist:
