Izmynis will make you cry until your dry, if you let her.

While her siblings were off praying up a storm, her brother out of zealotry and her sister for personal gain, Izmynis learned that she had her mother's preaching tongue but no inclination for religion.

Those silver tongues ran in the family, and Izmynis made sure to thank her mother for it before she was chased out of Virulent.

She can worm a story out of anyone, with a few drinks, a few compliments, and the hazy glow of a sleazy bar. A question about a scar quickly turns into a drink in her room, and that quickly turns into her talking someone into giving her their latest paycheck, so she can get by until she sees them again.

Her mother said that she was a wild child, and refused to teach or give her any blessings.

With her mother's refusal to teach her, and her father being too engrossed in his studies to care, Izmynis was left to her own devices.

There were few young dragons in Virulent, and most of them were too well-versed to the world to fall for her fledgeling tricks. Still, they were good practice.

After a while, she became a problem. She had no inclination or desire to fight, and she frequently scammed gullible clan-members for coin and trinkets. Izmynis feared being ousted from the clan, so she said her goodbyes and fled in the night.

Now, the skydancer can be found in all sorts of seedy bars and houses of ill repute. Her cons and scams have become a integral part of her, and she loves the thrill of a successful scheme.

Her skills have become more sharpened with every encounter, and she could probably run with the most questionable gangs and shadow clans if she wanted to. Hell, she could take on the shady life of a spymaster in a court of nobles, if she really wanted to.

As long as there's something in it for her, she'll do anything.
