Children of the Arena Through the Arcane magic and the assistance of her two most loyal minions, the Bloodsport Goddess created personifications of the Arena's most notable items and events as dragons of Sornieth. These strange entities have personalities and abilities representative of their Arena counterparts. This dragon is one such representation. Lore To many tributes, improvised weapons are their greatest assets in the Arena. Though the Bloodbath provides many proper tools, a tribute is much more likely to come upon a something like a bottle of flammable liquid and a rag. As the embodiment of everyone's favorite improvised incendiary, Molotov is something of a genius. He can cobble together an improvised weapon or tool from just about anything. Though he's generally extremely willing use his skills to help with any task, working with Molotov does pose a notable risk: something is very likely to "mysteriously" catch on fire when he's around. Within clan Alys, Molotov is half-worshipped by some dragons, and viewed with mild disgust by others. As a child of the arena, Asmodeus, Lyra, Jorgun, and Balinbow all love Molotov, and by extension, the arena. Astoz and Virgo, who have both had less than stellar experiences in the arena, are not his biggest fans. Molotov, upon hearing that Raszagal was starting a band, quickly joined up, becoming the lead guitarist, and the creative genius behind the band. He not only writes their songs, but also does the choreography and pyrotechnics at the shows. Molotov also enjoys going to band outings most of the group, and often carries a small sack of band merch to give away during such events. This, along with overall success of the band has led to most dragons who’d be uneasy with Molotov without necessarily having been in the arena to have a much higher opinion of him. In the university, Molotov has one of the most popular classes ‘Explosives 101-478’. While this may not be the official name of the classes, it is the nickname given to them by the entire student body and a good deal of the faculty. They’re considered the most enjoyable classes, with little homework and lots of interesting material – namely the different ways of making things go ‘boom’. Molotov has no life mate, but does spend time looking for one. |
