"When you pray to the stars, who answers?"

A solitary existence that lurks outside of the known universe, those loyal to Svaroh claim to see it within the star shine of the millions of stars in the star stream. However, Svaroh exists in a place that no mortal should ever strive to reach. Bound between the interstellar dust, Svaroh was once an ordinary mortal, no different than any other. When it watched the stars of his home slowly disintegrate, with the end of his world encroaching, it wished for one thing.

"I wish to see other stories."

Thus, the universe answered a meek mortal's final wish and transcended it beyond the universe itself, it became an unwilling spectator of other worlds. In its wish, it had become the very existence that answered his own. It answers the calls of the desperate. It is here, in the place between space and time, that Svaroh forged the wishes of mortals- sometimes even without its knowledge- and offered them to become its Wish-keepers; Those who safely keep its wishes, which were both curses and blessings. Svaroh seeks to reimagine the universe in its design and be reborn anew, where there is no longer a need for wishes, at last ending its lone pilgrimage.

It is the mysterious origin of Elysium's library. This knowledge has been lost to time.
