Biography
Name: Maenas (previously Redhand)
Battle Style: While he may still be growing, Maenas is a large dragon and he uses this to his advantage in combat. He prefers to bring his weight to bear against opponents, corralling them with his wings and forcing them onto the ground where his greater size and strength can be used to their best advantage. Able to shrug off most lesser spells as minor inconveniences, Maenas won't hesitate to close with ranged fighters even if this means taking heavy damage while reaching them; all that matters to him is gaining the upper hand in a fight, and he will do so by whatever means are at his disposal.
Background: Maenas is a Night Warrior like Aten, and hails from the Southern Icefield. At first a temporary interloper, Maenas is now debating staying with his ancestral clan and making a place for himself.
Reason for Entering the Tournament: Maenas is determined to compete in the tournament to prove himself, both as a fighter and as a clanmate worthy of respect. He is also hoping to distinguish himself in combat in a way that will earn him a different nickname. His current one was given to him when he was caught digging through the supplies in the clan's armory for equipment - he was doing his best to be stealthy, but he was noticed almost at once. He'll tell you his real name if you ask him, but he wears the nickname Maenas until he earns a better one, as a reminder to himself that he still has many things to learn.
