Founder of the Palladian Institute. Rhea has a passion and intense fascination
with elemental magic. As a young dragon she loved helping her mother tend to
the Daylight Sanctum, assisting the elder scholars gathering research and listen-
ing in on their discussions of the elements and magical theory. She spent a couple
years living in the Starfall Isles working an apprenticeship at the Oculus, but dis-
covered her interest in inter-flight magic and the relationship between elements was
quite niche. After her apprenticeship, she traveled across Sornieth visiting each of
the elemental Sanctums and speaking with their researchers about how they work
with magic. Once her trip was complete, she settled back down in the Sunbeam
Ruins and created her own research institute with the help of some friends.

Rhea is a capable and thoughtful leader, if a little strong willed. Her unwavering
focus can be a little intimidating upon first meeting. She holds herself and the
Institute to high standards with a desire to do good and meaningful work. She
has bright, sharp eyes that can see right through you, but also a calm nobility
and a strong maternal streak.
