.♜Notes -she has weird relationship with halcyon. they're both descendants, though her relation to the gen 0 is farther, and they draw from different sources. halcyon channels the sun, while gwen draws her power from all the stars. their shared lineage weakens, if not outright cancels, the effect of their magic against one another. the fact halcyon can't use his magic to make her like him has forced halcyon to make a relationship with someone "the old fashioned way", and he somewhat resents that. still, gwen sees him like a younger brother (even though he's older than her), and she genuinely enjoys being around him. it's a shame that halcyon is a little s**t and is incapable of having real, healthy relationships. after manipulating her for a year or two, he kills her to unlock ara and ends up starting a war. mag. 7, phys. 11. That's about what I expected lol |
