Valiss is the oldest member of the Wayward Clan, perhaps the one who first dug claws into the ice and declared it his own space. For months he bitterly defended his stretch of frozen wasteland until Kedreeva arrived, all glittering hide and gleeful chill, as chattery as any spiral.

Valiss tolerated Kedreeva's intermittent presence, and with that tolerance came a third member of the Clan, and then a fourth. He grudgingly accepted their presence, and complained as he left with them for warmer climates when they decided to move to the furnace that is Ashfall Waste. When they moved again, this time to the Tangled Wood, he followed after them without comment.

Now he spends most of his time battling alongside Damalis against the Beastclan, coming home in various states of disrepair to teach Khelios how to heal things he never thought he would have to heal. Some in the Clan will say that Valiss often survives his injuries out of sheer spite. Valiss will say it's only flesh and bone...
