B I O G R A P H Y

Neitou was taken in as a hatchling by the Duskhollow Haven as it was just beginning. Being the first hatchling of the clan, she was cared for warmly. Being more of a nomadic tribe at the time, Neitou enjoyed the wanderlust and sense of adventure. As such, she grew a keen interest in storytelling, having grown up hearing stories from the places that her fellow clan members came from. Often times, she would insist on hearing those stories over and over again until finally Roksana was convinced to begin recording them so the Imperial could read them at her leisure.

However, the Guardian was almost always too busy attending to a rapidly growing clan to write the stories for her, so Neitou began to record them herself. She quickly found that she really enjoyed the work and had quite a knack for it. She was determined to fill every piece of parchment, every journal and book that she could ever get her talons on. Of course, in order to fill the pages, she was prone to accosting every dragon who wasn't working or every traveler to happen upon the Haven. As such, it was unsurprising that her personal lair quickly overflowed with scrolls and books filled with all manner of tales. Once she was grown, Roksana saw fit to name her Duskhollow's lead Archivist. When not recording the history of the clan, Neitou enjoys spending her time writing fictional novels, often based on some of the more fantastical anecdotes that she has come to acquire.

Neitou comes off as aloof and absentminded, usually being lost in her own thoughts as she considers how to write her stories. She is incredibly curious by nature with a voracious appetite for knowledge. When not preoccupied with her work, she is very easy to talk to and listens to everything others say with a keen interest. She is incredibly open and understanding, valuing everyone's opinion even if she does not agree with it. She herself is not shy about speaking her mind, when she feels it needs to be heard.

____Neitou is conflicted when it comes to the Beastclans. She enjoys the company of those in the Haven, but is afraid of the clans that have attacked them in the recent year. As usual, she’s turned to her books to console herself, and when that fails, she’s often pestering the Beastclan members within Duskhollow. This has culminated into an impromptu archival project of various Beastclan cultures, which has done well to distract her from her fears.

__AUSTERE__

____Austere appeared in the Haven, surprisingly getting past the tight security. Neitou didn’t even notice the new statue in her study for a good week, and it was quite the uproar once it was discovered. However, Austere seemed genuinely curious, and enjoyed watching Neitou work. She was rather nervous about the arrangement, but it kindly didn’t invade her privacy any further and she eventually accepted her unconventional audience.
