Calabatta came out of his egg coughing, sputtering, and extremely pale. Eliza, the clan midwife, was forced to break the harsh news to his parents- it was unlikely that he would live through his first few days.
But the Bellum clan was known for its fighters, and Calabatta proved himself worthy of the clan name. With the help of Eliza, the herbalist Rowena, and many others along the way, Calabatta miraculously survived. Now he is training to be a warrior for the clan, ready to defend it with his life- after all, it was the clan who saved it.
