first light's daughter

| Dracologist | Sociologist | Mate to Dusk |

While most lightning dragons would bury themselves in technology and inventions, Dawn found herself fascinated by dragonkind. She has traveled the world analyzing and cataloguing every aspect of the different cultures of the Elemental Flights. She's especially interested in the social behaviors found within the flights and currently theorizes that draconic social structure comes about from the decisions made by individual dragons, and is terribly fascinated in how the choices of one dragon can influence the entire flight. She's published several books, and on her first morning back from a trip to the Sunbeam Ruins to deliver a book, she found Dusk wandering the hills by her lair, muttering to himself. It wasn't quite love at first sight, but after sharing a meal of mussels and discussing their theories, they were inseparable. They share a love for contemplation and the silence found only when completely alone in the desert at transitional hours of the day.

Dawn is a bit of a wallflower, despite her striking colors. While some dragons would find this lonely, she only finds that this is incredibly useful to her as a social scientist; it's easiest to observe when one is being ignored. She is incredibly compassionate and often acts as Dusk's translator. One of her favorite things is to take a walk through the hills around her lair when everything is calm and still. She has a favorite rock where she will sit and watch the sunrise and then goes back to watch the others begin to stir. She's caring and loyal and barely lets Dusk out of her sight, mostly for fear that he'll get lost, or forget to eat. but she loves him dearly and hopes to keep him by her side forever.
