He's always wiling to start a conversation, though by the end you might find you've given away all your secrets. He has a way of getting things out of people without them even knowing he's doing anything, and takes great enjoyment in watching their shocked faces once they realize they've told him everything. ╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮
Early Years
╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯Mani started out working in a small bar with his family, waiting tables and talking to the customers whenever he got the chance. Soon enough, his smooth talking and ability to weasel out secrets ended up with him running a large black market on words, people paying exorbitant amounts for him to give up dirt on their enemies. He made quite a bit of money before his trade was discovered, and he had to escape to the Bastion to get away from both the authorities and angered customers. |

They're like the Bastion's lawyers, but shinier and much, much more dangerous. When the Bastion captures an enemy or someone withholding information, it's up to the Exarchy to make sure they give up whatever knowledge they have. The Exarchy live in the higher-up towers, with windows made of stained glass to capture what little light shines through the constantly cloudy sky. |
