 History: Red Velvet, or Red as he's more commonly called, is a coatl with a sweet tooth. He eats so much in the way of cakes and candies that he's too pudgy to fly. However, he does have an odd little self-imposed fast for five days in early winter. None of Sornieth is quite certain why, though he explains it as "Woomas" - some religious thing for a god who isn't the Icewarden, or even the Shadowbinder who's power Red was born under.

Red represents the sixth day of Woomas. Every year at the end of his self-imposed fast, when he not only gorges himself on sweets, but prepares a veritable feast of cakes and candies for all of Sornieth.

Personality: Jovial and always the life of the party, Red is very hard not to like if you've met him. Glutinous as he is, he's not averse to sharing his snacks, and can always be relied upon to have a spare scone or fudge bar lying about if somebody needs cheering up. His only fault is laziness- he'd rather spend the day napping off his sugar crash than actually doing much in the way of real work.
