Zero Gen HSD: St. Valentine's Spirit

______ These spirits are known for their loving and possessive demeanors. Their psychic powers allows them to infatuate their clan members with a powerful sense of yearning.

______ During the Holidays, The Elliptical Galaxy Clan loves to celebrate by gathering together to perform a week-long ritual to summonon their ghostly friends. These spiritual creatures require a great deal of magick to manifest themselves into this realm, but once they've taken form, they will be the life or the party! - Literally.
The summoning requires to be inside the Elliptical Galaxy's mystical pond - located in the Starwoodstrand - several lit candles, a bowl of mixed ingredients atop an Arcanist symbol, which is a dragon head inside a pentagram.
The incantation is rather short and only one line is clearly audible:
"...ad ligandum eos pariter eos coram me!"
Rough translation:
"...to likewise bind them before me!"
