B I O G R A P H Y


______ The first dragon to be born in, and stay in, the clan, Ilnerin had a fairly uneventful childhood. She was closer to her mother than her father, and quickly began to take after her. She would spend her days following Midren around, watching what she did. However, there was somethings that she could not bring herself to agree with no matter how hard she tried. When she went to her father, all he told her was that it was up to a dragon what they believed, even if others taught then differently. These words would fade from her memory for a while, but never gone for good.

Aster always knew this.

When Ilnerin reached adulthood, she was told that she needed to travel for an entire year. Horrified she tried to refuse, worried about being so far away. However the clan had realized hat, like many of them, being alone would bring out a dragons true nature. Thus she was sent on her way. As she traveled she came to realize that most clans stayed put. This was strange to her, and she decided to stay in one for a while. There she would learn many new things, including that she had a love for teasing. When she left, she was far less worried about things.

It was there she decided that she was herself.

When her year was over and she hunted down her clan she struggled with doing what she had done before. After all she would be leader one day. It was then that her mother told her that she had no plans for retirement anytime soon. It was then that she remembered her father's words. Looking deep inside herself, she recognized that it was more her own thoughts that led to her beliefs. Slowly she brought herself free of what had become her future.

A future that may of never existed.

______ After Ilnerin's trip away and the conclusions she had come to, she became much more relaxed. This allowed for her teasing nature to truly shine through. Most days she spends time cheering others up, while at the same time making them wonder if everything she said had to be so sarcastic. This was both the best and worse part of her change for sure. However, she could not let go of all her worries and fears.

She loves to still follow her mother around despite everything. This is because while her mother may be a great leader, sometimes she can be a bit much. Ilnerin certainly isn't going to let her experience go to waste, and sometimes not even Aster can stop her mother. Testing other dragons patience towards her has led to many disagreements, but no one can stay mad at her long.
