______Odyssey is a very cold dragon, with a cold heart and generally doesn't care for anyone else or their problems. She will not accept favors or go out of her way to help others in any way. She very much likes to keep to herself and even rejects Crowley, another of her kind. Odyssey hates when others get in her way or go against what they were told to do and she won't hesitate to put another in their place.

______However, she does know when to listen and when she's in the wrong. She knows her boundaries and tries her best not to cross them, because she knows that the clan leader has more secrets than he lets on about and that also irritates her. Odyssey doesn't like when information is withheld from her and she definitely hates secrets. She isn't exactly one to put your trust in, but as long as you keep up with your end of her expectations she usually does the same. Odyssey is a coatl with a sense of duty and even if she really doesn't want to, she will uphold her duty and prioritize it before anything else. Odyssey isn't against abandoning others in combat or whenever she sees fit, if she doesn't want to stick around anymore then she won't, end of story.

______Though, she was born with a power that she used to be proud of, but now she finds it quite annoying. Thankfully no one asks her to use it anymore, and her power is very much a contender in her paranoia and anxiety to some degree.

______Odyssey wasn't born such a cold dragon, but she was defiantly made into what she is now and the nosos virus hasn't help. It definitely adds to her aggressiveness and her higher and more constant rate of fatigue. It is definitely the reason she 'feels like crap' most the time. Odyssey also suffers from paranoia, anxiety and depression.

"Dummy"
Dummy was a reanimated puppet found wondering around the wilderness. Neither Odyssey or Spiritdancer are sure where Dummy comes from, or what the spirit is possessing it. But it's friendly and caring and that's all Odyssey cares about. The two will often horse around, especially when Dummy senses Odyssey feeling bad. It also loves cuddles.

______Odyssey was born to noble parents, who expected the best both of and for their children. Both of her parents were very powerful dragons, gods to be exact, however neither of them were afflicted and for the longest of times, no one knew Odyssey was either. However, upon her birth her parents did fear that she was blind since her pupils were a very pale blue.

However, this 'defect' was no defect at all instead it was a sign of the immense power this little afflicted coatl possessed. From a very young age, Odyssey could see the spirits of the dead and not just from dead dragons either. As she got older, she could see them more clearly and even talk to them. Many dragons would think that the hatchling was talking to herself, when in fact she was talking to a dead skydancer that hung around. He was there to protect her or that's what he said, Odyssey at the time didn't know what she needed protecting from.

However, she didn't know the full extent of her powers either, around 2 weeks of age she began to be able to see evil spirits as well. Not only that, but whether a being was truly good or evil and this terrified her. If a being was truly evil they'd have a shadowy monster attached to them, to their soul and that apparition had a mind and a voice of it's own. It terrified her then and still does to this day, these evil apparitions and spirits are the reason she hears voices, they are the voices.

Truly good dragons on the other hand have strange glowing marks on their bodies that are light in color and their eyes glow this color as well, along with wings sprouting from their soul. However, truly good dragons and evil ones with their apparitions have always been distinguishable from spirits, good or evil. This is because ghosts appear more opaque and regular spirits do not usually have the markings that a good being has. Evil spirits are more solid and also completely independent unlike the apparition's that attached to their dragon counterpart.

Good spirits and good beings are the kind of beings Odyssey still likes till this day. They ward off the bad and apparently their weren't enough of them in her old lair. She'd run crying to her parents on several occasions, even if her siblings and herself were doing something important. Pleading for them to "Make the bad dragon leave" or "to make the monsters go way". However, her parents couldn't see the same thing she could and were naturally confused and concerned for their child. But, they didn't know how to help other than teaching her themselves since before long her powers resulted in severe anxiety that only seemed to be remedied when she was around her parents.

As she got older, Odyssey learned what he powers could be used for and how to control them to an extent. However, she never told her parents because she figured that they wouldn't believe her. She also didn't want to end up being used, but her spirits used her instead. They made her feel like some sort of royalty, like she was important. At first, Odyssey though these spirits were just playing along, she was a child after all.

Her ghostly skydancer protector told her to be wary of them or anyone that knew of her powers or her afflicted blood, however Odyssey didn't listen. In fact she back talked her spirit friend in such a way that it made him leave, to see the consequences for herself.

These spirits continued to flatter Odyssey until they asked her to do something that she knew was wrong. Odyssey didn't quite understand that any being can hid their true intentions at the time, so she thought these spirits were good and wouldn't make her do anything she regretted.

Oh how she was wrong.

The spirits had asked her to perform a spell that would bring their 'friend' over for a play date. Odyssey didn't see the harm in that, but back then she didn't know the spell she was concocting was for summoning demons. The only thing that saved her was on of the clan's alchemists popping in and yelling at her. The young coatl was startled and fell off the stool onto her back, knocking the air out of her and tipping the cauldron over as well.

Once the green ooze hit the ground there was a blast of smoke and a creature tried to crawl out of the serum, but it wasn't a compete entity. It was like all the skin had been peeled off leaving muscles, bones and entrails exposed and it's bottom half wasn't there. If that wasn't bad enough, all the spirits she though were good turned into hellish apparitions before her, laughing at her and her stupidity.

Odyssey's eyes were wind in fear and tears began to stream out of her eyes, tears she had no control of. She looked over to the mirror who had seen it all and was no less than shocked, he must've known that she had no idea, but that didn't stop her from bolting out the nearest 'window' out into the storming night and she ran long and hard. Odyssey ran like the demons from hell were after her and she didn't stop until she tripped and tumbled into a bush.

She was now muddy, went, cold and overcome with emotions. The young coatl felt so stupid and ashamed for not realizing such a trick was being played on her. She could've really done something horrid if that mirror hadn't showed up. She laid under the foliage covering, crying silently until she heard a familiar voice.

"ODYSSEY!" yelled a masculine voice, Odyssey couldn't believe it. Her father had come so far in search on her and she wanted to go to him. She wanted more than anything to run into her fathers arms and cry, even if her were mad. But she didn't, she knew her abilities were a burden to them, they did know what she could see and sage defiantly didn't want to tell them now. Not after what she had done.

Her father continued to call for her and search, he probably had no idea how close he was to her when he collapsed to the ground...crying. Odyssey could see him and she had never seen an adult cry before, it made he stomach hurt and made her feel more guilty, but she didn't want to be a nuisance to him or her mother anymore. So she continued to lie there concealed by the brush, the two where feet apart and they both stayed there for hours, until Odyssey's father reluctantly gave up.

The little coatle waited for another hour to make sure he was gone and continued on her own until the spiritdancer appeared before her and her tears started up again.
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry". Odyssey mumbled, her voice was sore from crying, but her spirit friend didn't reply. He knew she was sorry, he knew she had screwed up big time, but he never thought she'd run from even her parents. He wanted to tell her to go back home, but that wasn't his decision. Instead he gently pulled some fur on the back of her neck and nudged her backside. It was time for her to move on with her life.

After that, Odyssey carried on for a while by herself and developed a rather deep hatred of anyone other than her familiar and Spiritdancer. After what had happened and with what she could do she felt like a freak and a failure who normal dragons would think insane. Odyssey would've stayed on her own if it wasn't for her being Afflicted. She was found coughing so hard she could barely breath and none of her two current friends knew what to do other than find help.

However the help that arrived wasn't exactly what they expected. It consisted of a p!ssed off afflicted coatl, who didn't take kindly to her refusal of aid.
"Move it you little sh!t or I'll kick you there myself." were the coatl's exact words, now known as Crowley. Regardless of his methods, Odyssey now has a place to live. Not that she entirely enjoys being there.

Being able in the arcane flight has also helped Odyssey uncover another on o her powers, the ability to exercise spirits. However, she has to be careful, because this ability at it's max potential is a powerful blast of magical that can exercise all beings within a 20 mile radius. That includes other living things, by exercising their souls. Ripping a living beings soul from it, killing it instantly.
