Cybele

Cybele, daughter of Pan, is the opposite of her brother Typhon. She and Typhon inherited their father's powers, but unlike her brother she chose to use them for good. She is a gentle spirit who spends her time with the butterflies, a calming presence. Her favorite place is the garden she grows in the center of Hyperion, where she actually sleeps among the flowers. She creates a calming environment where dragons can go to relax for a bit among the fireflies at night or the birds during the day.

Though relatively young, she is wise beyond her months. She is very supportive and is always there as a friend if need be. Hera and Kratos are regular visitors of her garden as well as many members of the Council who find strength in the colorful blooms when facing overwhelming enemies. The garden, though appearing peaceful and only a visual beauty, is the foundation of Hyperion's strength and center of gravity. Cybele's power is a subtle attraction, like a Siren calling sailors.

Her powers are based in springtime, more like her father's summer powers, and very different from the icy storms of Typhon. Her beautiful, intoxicating creations are special that represent the purity of nature, and the dragons feel a sense of balance whenever they are lured to the garden after a stressful day. Cybele is strongest when in the garden, so she sleeps in a bed of roses and lilies in the center with her companion, Twinkle.
