Biography
Hometown: The Cloudsong Mountains
Role: Secret Weapon
Qualities: doesn't speak much to anyone, minds own business
Role: Secret Weapon
Qualities: doesn't speak much to anyone, minds own business
The Cloudsong Mountains are an almost religious place, where the land and sky of the Realm speak the loudest. Far below the Realm at the heart of the highest peak, Pan hatched from an egg buried deep in the freshly rich soil. His story is similar to Caerus' but with one major difference: he was not alone. Pan was raised by an exiled Imperial who took refuge there.
The Imperial was a mad dragon who lost his wits, name unknown. He either stole Pan's egg or kidnapped it from his parents to perform unknown, dangerous and illegal magic experiments on him. After many different attempts in his early years Pan eventually developed bizarre abilities. What he can do is unnatural and took so much power it killed his captor, yet the mountains forgave him and embraced him, transforming his unique gifts into something even more special that even Aether doesn't understand. Some say he can shape-shift and turn invisible in the forest, manifest energetic lights from his claws and use excessive strength. Because of these abilities he and Aether work together exclusively to protect the clan and foresee danger. In a dangerous time Hera might ask the two to spy on enemies or go on the offensive to eliminate dangers.
His familiar accompanied him when the mountain sent him out into the world on a mission: find Aether, then find Hyperion, Hera's clan. Pan sat and waited by the river fountain at the base of the mountains where he knew Aether would stop by on his travel out of the mountains. Ever since then he has worked with Aether protecting the border of the clan from berserkers.
