Merchants are involved with the buying, trading and selling of clan goods. They are the ones that send items to the auction house and keep stock of item values. Additionally, they will typically set up stalls at the crossroads in an attempt to sell clan goods. They are accompanied by guards when at the Hewn City's Trading Post. Most of the money gained from selling goes to the clan. Success only comes to those with the right thinking. A dragon who has mastered the skills of quick thinking and smart sales, Atlas is quite popular among the Lavaburst Clan for his merchant prowess and charisma. There isn't anything this Spiral can't sell. She travels around with Atlas as he works and acts as a pet/guard. - Atlas' mind is very business-oriented. He often prioritizes his work before anything else. - He is barely at the clan's city. You can find him at the Hewn City's Trading Post. - Atlas sells, and is willing to trade, a large variety items, from cloth to jewels. However, he refuses to sell or trade familiars. - Atlas will occasionally take breaks every now and then when at the Hewn City's Trading Post. He usually visits The Dragon's Lava, a tavern owned by another Lavaburst dragon named Lilac. - He had an awful, awful gambling addiction. He still feels the crippling self-loathing a normal gambling addict would. He only stopped gambling after an intervention his friends had organized. - Atlas owes a 30kt to a big merchant in the Hewn City's Trading Post. He has only payed 15kt so far. - No matter where he is, Atlas adorns a teardrop pastel spinel pendant. It was a gift from his friend Deja. - He travels around to trading posts in a merchant cart similar to that of the renowned trader Swipp. - He joined while the clan still lived in the Ashfall Waste. - To prevent robberies, he has taught himself magic that summons walls of light magic. Additionally, he can also fire concussion beams of light. - Genbu, as Atlas' apprentice, follows him around as he performs merchant work. Additionally, she has some of her own wares to sell. - He was born with an geode-like underbelly, baring beautiful, purple crystals. - Atlas conceals a knife and a journal detailing his travels in his bags. Rasa Pottery Fragment - A decent crafter can probably use this to craft it into something new and beautiful. It costs 43t. Stone Knife - A little serrated piece of history. A favorite of collectors. It costs 78t. Stuffed Mith - An adorable doll tailored to look like a mith. Hatchlings would love it. It costs 38t. Ivory Comb - A decorative comb guaranteed to make even the dullest dragons stand out! It costs 360t. Painted Clay Pot - A pretty, painted pot that could be used to store herbs or spices. It costs 72t. Snakeskin Cloth - A dazzling piece of fabric that would look great on scales, fur, or feathers. It costs 81t. Terra Shell - If you plant a Terra Shell in the ground, the soil will become rich andf ertile. This is especially valuable for any gardener or botanist. It costs 27t.
