Ice Flight - Scavenger and Traveler

Trusting / Unhurried / Unstable

Born from one of Sparrowhawk and Kalessin's nests, the young Tundra when he came of age was not expected to return to his hatch clan. Such was custom, for the most part. He left his parents cheerfully and excited to go out into the world.

However, some time after he had left, the Tundra appeared bedraggled and worn at an Ice clan nearby. Sparrowhawk thought the Tundra seemed familiar, and suddenly realized he was looking at his son. "What's going on? What's wrong?" Percival answered that he had gotten himself into trouble, and was looking at being sent off into service of another if no one would give restitution to the one sending him off. Sparrowhawk paid the dragon, and told his son that he had a home at his hatch-clan.

It had turned out Percival did not do really anything wrong, moreso getting caught up in a misunderstanding about a scavenged item. He had actually been quite happy for the most part while away, even having some hatchlings. "It was a great adventure." He had even secured a rare scroll or two, thinking perhaps that having a faster body might give him more ease at scavenging and exploring. "I hadn't gotten a chance to use it... but I certainly hope no one would mind me using it now." This was how he came to be a Wildclaw.

During his time back at his hatch-clan, he had begun to experience a bit of heartbreak however. He had mated with a few others, but they had all left at one point or another. His daughter stayed in the clan for a time, but one day also left under the cover of night for no other reason than her own wishing for something different. It broke his heart, having those close to him leave. He retreated into himself for a time, speaking only to a Raptorik companion of his and his previous "son-in-law" Flint.

He did begin to act quite kindly and fatherly towards Eira when she came to the clan, for her resemblance to his daughter who left. Percival has tried to stop thinking that way towards her however. His mate, Lepi, has aided him in this somewhat.

All things considered, when his mind is focused on his Scavenging, he truly is remarkable at finding valuable items often used in trades with the trader Swipp. When he is in a cheerier mood, he also does like to tell others of his travels before returning to the Wandering Snows clan.
