Biography
A scout hailing from below the ice-seas. Ran aboard a great ship once, aye, a proud one, the quickest in the south-! Or so the wyrm says. “Served as lookout up top,” she says, eyes darting about, “never a thing got by me out there on the ice. Not a once!” She’s not aboard any ship now, though- and not once have her eyes stopped moving. The bar is quiet and still tonight, for the most part. Her tail twitches, coiled tight around her empty glass. She scans the room again. Formerly the official lookout for the Ribbon, in part because the captain thought it would keep her out of trouble. No such luck. She loves the cold and the violent waves, and often ended up zooming about in excitement during storm surges that had the rest of the crew losing their meals overboard. She is a pretty good lookout, though- always alert for any change on the horizon to fling herself screaming towards.

• restless and jittery after the loss of her old ship and crew, they had been her home and family for a long time and she doesn’t know how to move on • dislikes ‘Pirate’, the skydancer, who she thinks is a coward and a liar • could probably captain her own ship if she weren’t so distraught over the fate of her former crew • not really sure how to deal with her problems other than to fight what she can fight and to run from anything she can’t • her previous relationship with the wildclaw Ritualistic and the children that it resulted in were all a mistake, she was too young to provide for them or to realize that what she felt was not love. She left them before long in the middle of the night • her daughter Arown was born of a healthier and happier relationship but died young - heartbroken Catane left her imperial partner and first took to a life on the seas
