The second of Woe and Gloom's twins, Dawn towers far larger than her twin brother in both attitude and physicality. She swings her twin axes with violent purpose, she trains with anyone who'll give her the time of day, and swings back flagons of ale like they're water. All in all, she takes after her father- or so one would assume, at least. She has her mother's straightforward attitude, her resolute and self set desires which do not budge for anyone; and the same strange steadfast, stuck in the mud, the desire for status quo. Essentially, she has a great magical potential within her, a radiant burst of light that comes out when she is truly threatened, and yet she chooses not to use it. Instead she harnesses the mundane through practice, shying away from magic in all forms. Bring it up and she'll deny it, even when it blinds in front of one's eyes, she'll still deny it until blue in the face. She has no desire to be chosen, just the desire to enjoy herself. Anyone trying to stop that will find an axe in their drink.

The Prophecy (or, the tragedy)
Dawn's first offspring was blessed as well as cursed. The prophecy that the oracle foretold called to the young Iaochra. But it seemed to late, the great evil she was chosen to defeat had already plagued the clan. The young mirror trained day and night for the moment she would have to confront the possessed Narrok. Though as every day passed by, she couldn't help but feel hopeless. All the dragons in her clan depended on her, Iaochra and her home crumbled under the burden of Narrok.
Her first confrontation ended disastrously, Narrok was no match for the young mirror. The fight ended quickly, Iaochra had never felt so useless and embarrassed in her life. It drove a sword to her heart to watch her mother try to fight for her, to save her only child. Almost dead, Narrok threw her into the dearest river, hoping she'd drown. Dawn called upon her guild, and attacked Narrok. The fight left most of her guild wounded or near-death, but Dawn only felt defeat and loss for her daughter. That morning she set out to find Iaochra. She never returned, not even looking back.
An oracle could never predict what would happen next. Iaochra found herself in the care of Umbriunn and her pack. Growing weaker, it was only a matter of time until death claimed the disciple of life. Three days later, Dawn found her and dragged her away. Dawn knew only of one place that could heal her daughter, the sacred cave of the glademother. As she arrived at the cave, she noticed decay and sickness around the edges, not much to be noticeable, but discernible to someone like Dawn. She ignored that and demanded the spirit in the cave revive her daughter. The spirit told her it couldn't, but was persuaded when Dawn told it that Iaochra was the chosen one, who had failed her task. The spirit then promised to heal her, but just enough so she would destroy Narrok, then she would die, as was foretold. But the spirit said her soul would be reborn in Dawn's next child.
Dawn did not want this fate for her daughter, but agreed on the terms anyways. Iaochra was then revived, sort of. She seemed aloof and the only thing she wanted to do was find and kill Narrok. Dawn wanted to apologize for training her so rigorously, and for not giving enough time to be a mother. Nonetheless her daughter returned and faced Narrok, this time she was victorious. Her gifted powers of vibrant life stood triumphant over his body, and for a second, she looked like her old self. Though the happiness ended as she dimmed, her power faded as did her life. Her clan weeped for their loss, Idavale was saddened on her friend's behalf. Dawn called on an old friend and flame, to aid her, Aralt. he understood and obliged to her requests to have a nest. Dawn could only wait patiently as her eggs would hatch. One of them will be her beloved daughter, reincarnated.
And so the moment came. Two eggs hatched into two identical copies of their parents. The arrangement worked, Aralt left with his hatchling soon after she hatched, leaving Dawn to croon over her new offspring. This one wouldn't have to sacrifice herself for the 'greater good', Iaochra could live again, but in a new form. Little Oisin was like her in every way, and Dawn did everything she could to be the mother she always wanted to be.
